Refund policy

If your item does not fit or you change your mind don’t worry, contact our email grabthebrand@outlook.com or Instagram @grabthebrand and we will organise a return for full refund for you.

Please ask for a return within 14 days of receiving your item. You can also swap the item for a different size or for an item of the same value. 

As soon as we have received your return, we will refund you the full amount you paid or send you the exchanged item. 

Please note return shipping costs are not covered by us. It is recommended to return the items using a tracked service.
